When making a list of scholarships you should write down what the criteria for each one is. After you have all the different scholarship programs you can then go through them and weed out the ones that do not fit.

You should make it a point to apply to as many scholarships as you are able, the wider you cast your net, the better. At the most what will happen is you will be turned down for the scholarship. The whole secret is to apply for as many scholarships as possible, increasing your chances of getting the money you need.
